In order to keep Eclipse plant-based ice cream in optimal frozen condition, we use dry ice which is FREAKIN COLD (-109.3°F).
Don't touch dry ice with your bare hands.
Don't lay dry ice directly on a solid-surface or tiled countertop.
Keep dry ice out of reach from kids and pets.
To dispose of dry ice, leave it in a well-ventilated area overnight (ideally outside), and it will disappear, because, science.
